WHERE DO I GO?

June 3 - June 21 camp will be held at

746 Peavine Creek Dr. Atlanta, GA 30322
Drop-Off: 7:50 – 8:15 am – please arrive by 8:15

Pick-Up: 4:50 – 5:15 pm 
Before and aftercare available on a day-by-day basis for an additional fee.

DROP OFF - Monday you may park along the street in front of the building. Look for the Oak Tree Banner and signs. Check-in will be inside the building. Staff will be outside to help with parking and direct your camper inside if you choose not to park. 
PICK UP - Park along the street and campers will be brought to the vehicle by a staff member.

Early Pick-Up: If you need to arrange for an early pick-up, you must send a note and give to the morning greeter. You may come inside to pick up. There will be no early dismissals after 4:30 pm.

For the safety of your child, drop-off and pick-up are at this location only. If your child will be walking or biking, you must send the director a note.

WHAT DO I BRING?

The quick list 

  • Sunblock/sunscreen

  • Hat

  • Change of clothes

  • Closed-toe shoes (no sandals)

  • Snack for the mid-morning break.

  • Lunch (we are a nut-free camp. please not nuts or nut butter)

  • Lunch box/bag

  • Water shoes

  • Swimsuit

  • Towel

  • Insect repellant

  • Reusable water bottle

  • Lightweight jacket 

  • Plastic Bag for wet items

  • Backpack

  • Cash, jewelry, electronic games, or other valuables are not permitted. Oak Tree Camp is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Label all of your child’s items.

Weekly Field Trip Schedule

All full day campers are asked to wear their OTC t-shirts on Thursday. All transportation will be provided by American Coach, an Emory approved vendor. Field trip schedule for Full-Day Campers below.

Thurs. June 6: Georgia Aquarium

Thurs. June 13: Braves vs Pirates

Thurs. June 20: Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta

Please let us know 1-week in advance if you are chaperoning a field trip.
