COVID-19 & Summer at Oak Tree

Hello Oak Tree Family,

We know that there is much in the news these days about the evolving situation with the spread of COVID-19 and the recent announcement from Emory. We wanted to take a moment to address concerns you may have.

First, please know that the health and safety of our campers is our number one priority. We are monitoring the situation closely through a variety of resources including the State Department, the CDC, and national news sources. At the moment, there are no decisions by Emory to cancel summer activities, but we will continue to monitor the situation closely and update you when we receive more information.

We have put together a planning committee to get ahead of this should things escalate over the next 2 months. We will continue to build on our communicable disease plans and sanitation protocols in cooperation with public health authorities.

Below are some additional resources regarding COVID-19 and your family’s health.

We hope to have more information in the coming weeks to share. If you are experiencing any financial impact and you are on a payment plan, please contact us. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. info@oaktreecamps.com
