🌞 Before Care: Available starting at 7:15 AM for $10/day 📩 Before & After Care Sign-Up To ensure proper staffing, we must receive written notice by Sunday for any Before or After Care needs. You can also schedule your dates at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the safety, supervision, and smooth scheduling of campers, families must adhere to the following policy when booking Before and After Care services. 1. Booking Windows Advance Booking Required: All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance via our online registration portal or by contacting the camp office. Same-Day Requests: Emergency bookings may be considered, subject to availability and approval by the Camp Director. Additional fees may apply. 2. Hours of Operation Before Care: 7:15 AM – 8:30 AM After Care: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Late pick-up beyond 6:00 PM will incur a late fee of $1 per minute, per child. 3. Fees Before Care: $10/day After Care: $10/day 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full unless due to medical or family emergency. 5. Sign-In/Sign-Out Procedures Campers must be signed in by an authorized adult in the morning and signed out in the afternoon. 6. Behavior Expectations Before and After Care maintains the same behavior expectations as camp hours. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in suspension of care privileges.
