Camp hours

Update on our camp hours at Oak Tree Camps, especially for the Emory location.

Starting now, our camp hours will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at Emory. We've also made some adjustments to our drop-off and pick-up times to better accommodate everyone:

• Drop-off is from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.

• Pick-up is from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Please note that anyone arriving after 5:15 pm will be assessed a $10 aftercare fee to their account. We do offer some additional options for early birds and late pick ups:

• Before-care is available starting at 7:15 am for $10 daily.

• After-care is from 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm for $10 daily.

• Late pick-ups after 6:00 pm will incur a charge of $1 per minute.

To make things smoother for everyone, we kindly request that you notify us in writing by Sunday if you require before-care or after-care, and we'll add it to your account. During the registration process, you'll have the opportunity to specify the dates you need these services.
