Oak Tree Camps offers need-based tuition assistance to qualifying families. Standard enrollment rates are $365/week.
Families with household incomes below $60,000 may apply for a reduced rate. Assisted rates reflect a 50–80% discount off the standard rate, scaled by income tier.

Gather Documents
Collect your income verification, proof of residency, photo ID, and any applicable letters.
Submit by May 25
Email your completed application to info@oaktreecamps.com or drop off in person.
Register for Camp
Once approved, complete registration on Active Network. Discounts apply directly to balance.
